At Jewellery BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing item(s) in the package
- Product significantly different from the description
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary gifts (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
- Products returned after the allowed return period
- Customized or personalized jewellery (if applicable)
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via Bank Transfer or Mobile Banking (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
